The Hudson Seafest "Dress Your Dog Contest"

Prizes and Ribbons will be awarded to the winners. This is a FREE Event and there is no entry fee.  Registration is required and must be done by Wednesday, November 6th. Use the form below to register by email or call 727-919-3866 to register by phone.

Prizes for best costume will be awarded in three categories:

• Small Dog (under 20 pounds)
• Medium Dog (21-50 pounds)
• Large Dog (over 50 pounds)

Winners will be selected by audience applause - so bring all your friends! Dogs must be on leashes at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Courteous behavior is required of both dogs and owners.

Bring your dog (in costume) to the area behind the stage (under the Big Tent) by 10:45 am.  You may dress in a costume if you wish (only the dogs will get prizes and ribbons.) Only one owner can stay with each dog.  The rest of your dog's fan club can be seated under the tent. Again, dogs must be leashed and under control AT ALL TIMES.  You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, so please come prepared!

Dogs will be paraded individually on stage, starting with small dogs and progressing to large dogs.  Winners will be determined by audience applause.  Prizes and ribbons will be awarded for best costume in each of the three size categories.

This is event is strictly for FUN!
